Crassus Partners is a boutique M&A advisory and investment banking firm built for a specific range of companies: businesses generating $3 million to $20 million in EBITDA. It's a deliberate focus. At most firms, the senior partners who actually run a deal, source the right buyers, and negotiate the hard points get reserved for the largest transactions, while smaller deals are handed to junior teams learning on the job. We built Crassus around the opposite premise: every client, regardless of deal size, works directly with the people who've done this before.

We are untethered from financial institutions, vendors, or other outside interests, so our criteria for success is always directly aligned with our clients'. We take pride in our principles of integrity, independence, and honesty.
